Truffle Pan-Seared Salmon Recipe

- Four 6-ounce skinless salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Giorgio Black Truffle Oil
- Seasoning salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
Sprinkle the salmon on both sides 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Heat the grapeseed oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet; cook until browned and the fish flakes easily with a fork, 3 1/2 minutes per side. Drizzle truffle oil over fillets and service.
